Adjustment Service / Hair Color Correction Policy

Our Guest’s happiness with the Salon Experience they receive here at Sahair, is one of the top priorities for this Salon Company.  We have a very thorough consultation process, designed to avoid any miscommunication or misunderstandings and truly deliver what our guests want for their hair.  And this is the time we educate and recommend services and products which are designed to maintain the health and integrity of what our guests are looking for.  As professionals we will never offer any service or product a guest does not need.

Should one of our guests express they are unhappy with their Salon Service we are happy to offer a complimentary service correction, however, the correction must be performed within seven days of the original service date.  If the outcome of this corrective service still does not meet our guest’s expectations, we ask they contact our Director of Guest Relations. 

24 Hour Cancellation Notice Policy

For all services, we place a deposit charge on your credit card to hold your reservation.  On the day of your reservation, these funds will be applied to your total.

Your time is valuable, and we understand that extenuating circumstances may occur that interfere with your reservation time.  This is why we are taking extra precautions to notify you via email, text, and phone call to confirm your reservation date and time with you.

Due to the high demand for our time and our services, we ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice for any reservation change requests or cancellation. 

Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a service charge fee in the amount of the total deposit hold charge previously placed via credit card.  We must do this because when reservations are changed or cancelled within 24-hours prior to service, it leaves considerable gaps in our schedules which we are unable to fill with such short notice.

No-Show Policy

For all services, we place a deposit charge on your credit card to hold your reservation.  On the day of your reservation, these funds will be applied to your total.

If you miss of “No-Show” reservation, your credit card will be charged for 100% of the total value of the services you reserved.  We do this because a ‘No-Show’ leaves considerable gaps in our schedule(s) which we are unable to fill with short notice and which could have been filled by another guest who needed to get in earlier.

Children inside the Salon

Children are absolutely welcome in our Salon if they have a reservation for hair services.  To the most extent possible we ask that you find child care for your young ones while we deliver the salon experience you deserve.  We can not provide items for young children to keep them entertained and we cannot be accountable for their safety when left unattended in a salon.  We also want to provide a relaxing services for other guests who are there to enjoy themselves after long day, or starting their day off feeling wonderful, so it is best to leave the children in the care of others outside of the salon while you are here with us during your reservation.

Product Return / Exchange Policy

For the safety of our guests, we are unable to accept the return or exchange of any makeup or makeup applicators/tools at Sahair Salon. We take hygiene very seriously and want to be sure to follow the industry’s best practices to guarantee the safety and cleanliness of our products!

We love our Bio Ionic styling tools! When purchasing a hot tool from us, Sahair Salon will release all responsibility associated with tools and therefore will not accept any returns through our storefront. However, Bio Ionic is an incredible company with policies that guarantee the satisfaction of our guests. Bio Ionic tools, once purchased, can be registered under warranty as stated in this excerpt from their policy:
