Front Desk Guest Relations

Our Front Desk Team is GROWING, at both the Parker and Lone Tree Salon locations!

Sahair Salon is a Redken Elite Salon and we are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy and excels as sales offerings.  Responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care, offering salon guests additional service opportunities, as well assisting guests in understanding our professional products, specials, and company programs while following all company policies and procedures.  This person is a problem solver, multi-tasker, and goal-oriented individual who uses creative ways to achieve the goals of the salon.  Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.

 Responsibilities and Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Committed to using our branded scripts; unique phone greeting, making appointments, confirmation calls, rescheduling, answering questions regarding services, pricing, level system, and handling guest concerns, all with professionalism.
  • Providing salon tours to our guests and following planned scripts, providing/explaining new client welcome packets,  introducing guests to loyalty and referral programs
  • Greeting guests upon arrival and educating him/her on the current promotion, offer guests complimentary refreshments
  • Opening and closing duties including cash handling and inventory control
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous customer care experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Social Media savvy is a plus
  • Willing to learn new professional products, serves and create scripts to professionally offer these to salon guests
  • Self-motivated individual who will use slower periods of business downtime to maximize his/her education and better the team
  • Able to maintain a positive and healthy interpersonal relationship with other team members

STEP 1 – In this first phase of our application process, we ask that you follow this link to take your Culture Index Survey.  The survey is only two questions and should only take about 10 mins to complete.  This is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers, the survey generates a report which simply displays data that measures your seven work-related communication traits.  Our whole team at Sahair completed this survey and we absolutely loved learning new things about ourselves and our teammates when we took it.  Thank  you and we look forward to sharing your communication traits with you!
STEP 2 – In this 2nd phase of our application process, we ask that you follow this link send us a copy of your resume.  However, please read STEP 3 below, simply sending us your resume is not enough.
STEP 3 – After steps 1 & 2 are fully completed, you will move on to the 3rd phase of our application process and simply show up and attend one of our open interview dates.
All open interviews begin promptly at 3 pm on the 1st Monday of every month at our Parker Salon Location.  Promptness is the key step in this portion of the process. Interviews are open to anyone interested in our Front Desk Guest Relations position including Cosmetology students who have yet to graduate school but want to get started with us.  Only those applicants who show up for an open interview or make special arrangements with our Director of Recruiting and Hiring will be considered for employment.
After all 3 steps have been completed we will notify the applicant if they have been considered to be a part of our Front Desk Guest Relations Expert with Sahair!

My journey at Sahair is one of reception and gratitude.

I have always wanted to be a hairstylist because making people feel beautiful is one of my greatest joys in life, and how I can share my feminine heart with the world.

Sahair has given me everything I need to do that. I developed an advanced technical skill set through Sahair’s educational program. I received an education in business acumen, communications, and hospitality. All are invaluable for not only a financially successful career but one filled with empathy and human connection. That is the heart and purpose of a career in beauty.

Finally, Sahair has given me one of the most beautiful communities anyone could want. Everyone struggles to find a place of belonging in this world, where they are loved and accepted for who they are and challenged to grow and better themselves. This community has seen me through some of my highest highs and some of my lowest lows and yet loved and supported me through it all. For that grace, I am eternally grateful. As I turn from looking back and begin to envision the future, I see a journey of giving. I hope that I will give every stylist that joins our team the same experience.
